The Saint Dallas is hiring a line cook to join our steakhouse team in Dallas, TX. You will cook dishes to our standards, follow recipes, maintain safety guidelines, and set up workstations for service.

The ideal candidate has 2 years on a high-volume grill, steakhouse experience, and comfort with Wagyu or large cuts. Must be able to work weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• 2 years on a high-volume grill
• Steakhouse experience preferred
• Experience with large cuts and Wagyu beef is a plus
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsabilités

• Cook dishes to business standards; follow recipes and create a consistent product.
• Follow health and safety guidelines; prepare ingredients for use during shift.
• Follow directions from Owner & Chef; set up workstations.
