Job summary

Stratton Amenities is seeking engaging, energetic, and professional individuals to provide outstanding service for residents and guests in our luxury high-rise. The part-time concierge role emphasizes hospitality excellence, problem-solving, and exceptional guest experiences in a premium residential setting.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of hospitality experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple requests with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct residents and visitors with a pleasant attitude.
• Provide anticipatory service and ensure smooth accommodations.
• Cultivate relationships with residents, vendors and contractors.
• Log guest packages accurately and perform package inventory audits.
• Monitor lobby and surveillance cameras to help ensure resident safety.
• Coordinate amenities requests including transportation, move-ins, reservations, pet services, and other tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Flexibility with scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.
