Responsibilities

• Exceed expectations with anticipatory service and smooth accommodations.
• Maintain relationships with residents, vendors and contractors.
• Professional telephone etiquette and message delivery.
• Log guest packages, ensure delivery and perform inventory audits.
• Monitor lobby/surveillance and patrol property for safety.
• Assist in scheduling amenities, moves, reservations, transport and more.
• Maintain confidentiality and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
