Job summary

SLS LUX Brickell in Miami seeks a courteous Bell Attendant to greet guests, assist with luggage, escort guests to rooms, and promote hotel outlets.

You will deliver luggage, handle requests, and ensure guest safety and comfort with a proactive, professional service mindset.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma and 1–2 years in a guest‑facing role, strong English skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in a public contact position, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle hotel.
• Must have excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand for eight hours and assist guests with luggage safely.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests and retrieve their luggage.
• Escort guests to their rooms, explain facilities, and promote hotel outlets.
• Deliver luggage, messages, and packages and handle guest requests to ensure comfort.
• Transport departing guests’ luggage and verify all items are accounted for.
• Keep luggage storage area clean and maintain safety procedures.
