Redd Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Restaurant General Manager and Food & Beverage leader in Charlotte to drive upscale dining experiences. You will manage daily operations, budgeting, staff development, and guest satisfaction with a hands-on, service-oriented approach.

The role requires strong culinary knowledge, menu development skills, and expertise in POS systems, with a focus on delivering exceptional food quality and service in a full-service environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the food service industry.
• Strong culinary knowledge with an understanding of menu development and food presentation.
• Experience in budgeting and financial management within a restaurant setting.
• Familiarity with POS systems and their application in daily operations.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
