EverTrue is seeking a dining server to provide upscale dining service in a fast-paced environment. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure accuracy while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

You will learn menu details, allergen information, and beverage preparation to enhance the guest experience. The role emphasizes teamwork and the ability to handle multiple tasks for groups of 16 or more, with potential for part-time or full-time schedules and a strong benefits

Formación

• Minimum 1 year (preferably 2–3) waiting in a fine dining or country club venue.
• Able to read and follow recipes, dietary orders, and resident preferences.
• Willing to perform routine tasks with interruptions.
• Patient and tolerant toward staff, residents, and families.
• Able to build constructive working relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
• Excellent service orientation and organizational skills.
• Active listening and effective communication abilities.
• Willing to receive a Hepatitis A vaccine if required by county health regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service reflecting an upscale dining experience.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and appropriately.
• Greet guests with courtesy and friendliness and address issues as needed.
• Know menu details, allergens, and preparation methods to explain to guests.
• Offer recommendations and share menu information to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of drink recipes in the system.
• Serve large groups and recall orders as needed.
• Ensure quality and address issues that impact guest enjoyment.
• Assist with dining room setup, buffets, and stations.
• Help with receiving, storing, and temperature control of foods.
• Assist with cleaning and bus duties to maintain cleanliness and safety.
