EverTrue is seeking a dining server to support an upscale dining environment. You will greet guests, take orders, describe menu items, and ensure a premier customer experience.

The role involves preparing beverages, assisting with setup, and helping maintain clean, welcoming dining spaces in a fast-paced setting. Qualifications include a minimum of 1 year in fine dining or country club service, excellent communication, and a team-oriented mindset.

Formación

• Must have a minimum of 1 year (preferably 2 to 3 years) of waiting in a fine dining or country club venue.
• Ability to read, understands and follows recipe instructions, diet orders, resident preference cards, and work assignments.
• This position will show a willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks with frequent interruptions.
• Must be patient and tolerant toward staff, residents, and family members.
• Ability to develop constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Problem solving and decision making skills.
• Service orientation and excellent organizational skills.
• Active listening and effective communication competencies.
• Must have or be willing to receive a Hepatitis A vaccine if working within St. Louis County.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service that reflects an upscale dining experience.
• Take and serve food/beverage orders promptly as part of an upscale dining experience.
• Greet customers courteously and address dissatisfied guests when needed.
• Know menu details and allergen information and describe preparation to guests.
• Make recommendations or share menu information with customers.
• Enter drink recipes into software; serve 16+ guests and recall orders on request.
• Check products for quality and address issues that may affect guest experience.
• Perform dining service routines with utensils, supplies, and equipment as assigned.
• Assist in dining setup, stocking buffets, preparing beverages, salads and desserts, and catering support.
• Assist receiving and storing food ensuring proper temperatures and timely service.
• Assist with cleaning and maintain dining areas per policies.
