EverTrue is seeking a dining server for an upscale dining atmosphere. The role includes delivering excellent customer service, serving food and beverages, greeting guests, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining areas.

Applicants should have 1–3 years of fine dining experience, knowledge of menu items and allergens, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Benefits and PTO are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year (preferably 2–3 years) of waiting in a fine dining or country club venue.
• Ability to read, understand and follow recipe instructions, diet orders, resident preference cards, and work assignments.
• Willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks with frequent interruptions.
• Must be patient and tolerant toward staff, residents, and family members.
• Ability to develop constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Problem solving and decision making skills.
• Vaccination for Hepatitis A may be required where applicable.

Aufgaben

• Provide excellent customer service reflecting an upscale dining experience.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
• Greet guests with courtesy and friendliness; handle dissatisfied guests as needed.
• Know menu details, allergen information, and preparation methods to describe items to guests.
• Make recommendations and share additional information about the menu.
• Serve 16+ guests at a time and recall orders upon request.
• Check products for quality and address issues that may affect guest enjoyment.
• Assist with dining service setup, buffets, stations, beverages, salads and desserts; assist at catering events.
• Receive and store food and supplies; ensure proper temperatures and timely service.
• Assist with cleanup and maintaining clean dining service areas.
