Job summary

Experience Senior Living Team is seeking a friendly Server to join our dining services. You will provide high-quality service in a fine dining atmosphere, set tables, serve beverages, review menus with residents, and support special events to enhance resident satisfaction.

Collaborate with the Director of Culinary Services and the Executive Director, communicate resident preferences, maintain cleanliness, and uphold safety standards while fostering teamwork across the dining and kitchen staff in

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service in a fine dining atmosphere.
• Work with leadership to keep residents satisfied with dining programs.
• Set tables according to ESL standards.
• Serve residents and guests’ beverages.
• Review daily menu with residents.
• Take and deliver accurate meal orders.
• Adhere to food safety practices.
• Assist with special events, banquets, and theme meals.
• Acquaint new residents with menus and dining options.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining area.
• Communicate resident likes and dislikes for menu planning and satisfaction.
• Foster teamwork among staff.
• Attend pre-meal stand up with dining and kitchen staff.
• May perform other duties as needed.
