Job summary

EverTrue is seeking a dining server to provide upscale dining service in a refined environment. You will greet guests, take orders, explain menu details, and assist with set-up and cleaning while ensuring high standards of service.

Experience in fine dining and excellent communication are required to deliver a superior guest experience. The role involves serving multiple guests, managing beverage preparation, and collaborating with kitchen and other staff to maintain quality and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a fine dining or country club setting.
• Ability to read, understand and follow recipe instructions, menu descriptions, and allergen information.
• Strong communication, problem solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service that mirrors an upscale dining experience.
• Take and serve food/beverage orders promptly and accurately.
• Greet guests with courtesy and address any concerns quickly.
• Know menu details, allergens, and preparation methods to explain to guests.
• Make menu recommendations and share additional information with customers.
• Handle drink recipes and manage orders efficiently for groups of 16+ guests.
• Check product quality and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow defined dining service routines and use utensils and equipment properly.
• Assist with dining room set-up, buffets, and catering support as needed.
• Assist with receiving and storing food, ensuring proper temperatures and timely service.
• Contribute to daily cleaning duties and maintain organized dining service areas.
