EverTrue is seeking a Dining Service Associate to support our dining operations, ensuring meals are prepared and served safely and attractively. The role involves setting up dining areas, assisting with events, and maintaining cleanliness and compliance with HACCP and infection control guidelines.

The position requires flexibility for part-time or full-time shifts, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to residents and staff in a respectful, efficient manner.

Formación

• Prior dining service experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow recipe instructions, diet orders, resident preference cards, and work assignments.
• Willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks with frequent interruptions.
• Must be patient and tolerant with staff, residents, and family members.
• Willingness to receive a Hepatitis A vaccine if working within St. Louis County per health regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Perform defined dining service routines using utensils, supplies, and equipment.
• Assist with dining service setup in dining rooms and at catered events, prepare beverages, salads, desserts per recipes.
• Assist with dining room setup, stocking buffets, and serving residents.
• Assist with cleaning duties to maintain sanitary dining areas.
• Receive and store food and supplies.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards or incidents.
• Maintain HACCP records and document product usage and waste.
• Follow infection control procedures and wear protective gear where required.
