The Tavern on the Square is seeking a dedicated Server to join our upscale dining team. You will greet guests, present menus, and guide wine pairings with finesse while delivering memorable service.

• Previous experience as a server in upscale or fine dining.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverages, including wine pairings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure during busy shifts.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
• Provide detailed information about the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and recommendations.
• Take orders accurately and enter into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide wine knowledge and assist guests with pairings.
• Upsell additional menu items and premium beverages.
• Maintain clean and attractive tables and dining area.
