The One Group is seeking a full-time Server to deliver exceptional hospitality in a lively, upscale dining environment. You will greet guests, explain menu pairings, and take orders with accuracy, ensuring timely delivery and presentation. You will stay guest-focused and collaborative, supporting the team to maintain a flawless service flow.

This role requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with nights, weekends, and holidays typically needed. EVerify is used to confirm U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience as a server in high-volume, upscale dining.
• Knowledge of menu, wines, and cocktails.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the Vibe Dining experience.
• Provide detailed menu, specials, and beverage knowledge.
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly with correct presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally.
• Assist teammates to maintain smooth service flow.
• Perform opening and closing side work as assigned.
• Keep service areas clean and organized throughout the shift.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and thank guests to encourage return.
