Job summary

Champions Social Club in Dallas is seeking an experienced Server for a refined dining experience. You will be the face of the dining room, delivering exceptional hospitality with expert menu knowledge and precise service. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, upselling, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in upscale dining, strong knowledge of food and beverages, and holds TABC and Food Handler certifications. Availability includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in upscale or fine dining serving
• Knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and elevated service
• Exceptional hospitality, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to upsell menu offerings with personalized recommendations
• Current TABC and Food Handler Certifications required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry trays as needed
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hospitality and create personalized dining experiences
• Guide guests through the menu and features, recommending pairings
• Take and enter orders accurately, noting dietary restrictions
• Maintain professional service and flawless table maintenance
• Collaborate with Culinary and Front of House teams to ensure seamless service
• Maintain knowledge of menu, ingredients, and beverage programs
• Ensure cleanliness and proper opening/closing of service areas
• Handle guest payments accurately and confidentially
• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate when needed
• Support the team and champions brand through positive culture
