Job summary

BENCHMARK in the United States is looking for dedicated servers to provide full-service dining experiences. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring timely service while maintaining cleanliness and readiness of assigned sections.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred, ideally in upscale or high-volume environment.
• Food Safety Certification and Wisconsin Alcohol Beverage Certification required within 30 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service dining including greeting, order taking, food and beverage delivery.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs throughout the dining experience.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and support staff to ensure service flow.
