Job summary

Biltmore is seeking a friendly Host to greet guests, escort them to tables, and maintain seating flow. The role includes answering calls, taking reservations, and supporting the dining room to ensure a smooth service during shifts from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with weekend availability required.

Ideal candidates will have guest service experience, strong communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Training and standards are provided to uphold Biltmore hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous customer/guest service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with reservations software; OpenTable helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to tables; maintain seating flow by section.
• Answer phones, take reservations, and maintain reservation book.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining dining room; support department and team.
