Goodwin Recruiting seeks an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume, upscale dining destination in Downtown Atlanta. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership on the floor, private dining and events, and a culture of hospitality geared toward exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive restaurant leadership with 3–5+ years as GM, strong P&L and budget oversight, and a track record of $6M+ annual revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive restaurant leadership experience.
• 3–5+ years in a General Manager role.
• Proven success managing a high-volume upscale restaurant.
• Strong private dining, events, or banquet experience.
• Solid P&L knowledge and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all restaurant operations with a highly visible floor presence.
• Build and retain a high-performing FOH/BOH leadership team.
• Foster a culture of hospitality and exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee high-volume service, private dining, and events.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership for seamless execution.
• Develop relationships with guests, regulars, and local partners.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue, private dining, events, and performance.
• Manage P&L, labor, budgets, and profitability.
