Job summary

INA Solution is seeking a General Manager to oversee all operations of an upscale dining venue in the Washington, DC area. You will lead frontline service, partner with the Executive Chef, and ensure cohesive dining room and kitchen execution.

The role requires 3+ years of GM experience in a $6M+ restaurant, strong operational judgment, and a passion for hospitality, guest loyalty, and team development. Health and safety standards are a priority.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of GM experience in upscale or fine dining with $6M+ revenue.
• Strong operational judgment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall restaurant operations with a focus on hospitality excellence.
• Develop and mentor front-of-house leadership and service team.

• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards per regulations.
