Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant leadership experience in upscale, high-volume environments.
• Proven success managing restaurant operations generating $6M+ in annual revenue.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L, labor, cost controls, and profitability.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, develop, and retain high-performing management and hourly teams.
