We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead a new elevated restaurant concept in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will lead with presence, intention, and accountability—setting the tone for the team, upholding standards, developing talent, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects the experience we aspire to deliver.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the overall restaurant operation with confidence, professionalism and a strong presence on the floor.
• Establish and maintain exceptionally high standards for service and hospitality.
• Coach and retain an outstanding team.
• Build a culture of accountability, professionalism and genuine hospitality
• Create meaningful relationships with every guest
• Partner closely with culinary leadership to create a seamless operation.
• Oversee scheduling, labor, inventory, purchasing and operating expenses.
• Own the restaurant's financial performance and understand the P&L.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue, efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain a calm, composed and solutions-oriented presence during high-pressure situations.
• Work closely with ownership and operations to continually elevate the restaurant.
• Be the person who sets the standard when it comes to how the restaurant looks, feels and operates.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

• Experienced in upscale, elevated, fine-dining or highly polished hospitality environments.
• Active ServSafe Certification
• A proven people leader with a history of building strong, loyal teams.
• Highly organized and operationally disciplined.
• Naturally warm, polished and confident.
• An excellent communicator with strong emotional intelligence.
• Present on the floor and engaged with both guests and employees.

COMPENSATION

• This will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
