You will oversee operations, guest experience, and the performance of a diverse team across the property, ensuring each concept retains a unique identity while upholding premium service standards.

You will drive sales, profitability, and guest loyalty, coordinating with culinary and beverage leadership to deliver exceptional hospitality at scale.

Qualifications

• Strong General Manager or senior restaurant leadership experience.
• Experience managing high-volume, full-service hospitality operations.
• Strong financial and operational understanding.
• Excellent people leadership and coaching skills.
• Confident, energetic presence with a genuine passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across restaurant.
