Qualifications

• Experience as General Manager in a high-volume, upscale restaurant.
• Steakhouse or premium fine-dining background preferred.
• Independent restaurant or respected restaurant group background.

Responsibilities

• Lead front- and back-of-house operations.
• Maintain exceptional service and hospitality standards.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a top management team.
• Oversee P&L, labor, food/beverage costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to ensure consistency in quality and service.
