Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a field service technician for the Critical Power Group to maintain UPS systems, batteries, and associated equipment for government, institutional, and commercial facilities.

You will travel daily, provide emergency on-call response, perform preventive maintenance, install and repair equipment, and produce Field Service Reports while upholding safety and quality standards. Candidates should have 5+ years of UPS experience, NEC knowledge, and strong communication; a

Qualifications

• AA/BS degree in Electrical and/or Electronics from an accredited college.
• At least 5 years' experience with UPS systems, batteries, and related electrical equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily with independent work structure.
• Provide on-site maintenance and emergency service.
• Install and repair static switch and PDU systems.
• Complete paperwork including field service reports and time sheets.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Maintain safety and quality standards.
