Packer seeks an Upper School Operations Assistant to support the daily operations of the Upper School and help ensure an organized, welcoming, and responsive experience for students, families, and faculty. This is a high-energy, fast-paced work environment. As this individual must respond to a wide range of circumstances, many of them unforeseen, it is essential that they be energetic, patient, flexible, empathetic, and self-starting, with the ability to anticipate needs, troubleshoot problems, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Given the importance of this role in creating a positive experience for students and families, the person in this position should enjoy working with adolescents and be committed to fostering a welcoming, responsive, and well-organized environment.
This full-time, ten-month position reports to the Upper School Administrative & Communications Coordinator, with day-to-day collaboration with the Dean of Student Life and Leadership.
