Job summary

The Packer Collegiate Institute is seeking an energetic, kind, student-centered Pick-n-Play Supervisor to work in the Packer+ afterschool program. You will supervise 15–20 students in grades K–4 from 3–6 p.m. on school days, ensuring health and safety, keeping attendance, and distributing snacks.

You will run activities and maintain a fun, engaging environment with strong discipline as needed. Ideal candidates have prior experience with K–4 students and can commit to five days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience working with students in grades K-4.
• Availability to work 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Pick-n-Play program for 15–20 students from 3–6 p.m. on school days.
• Ensure health and safety of each student.
• Keep daily attendance.
• Distribute afternoon snacks.
• Run activities and maintain a fun, engaging environment.
• Maintain discipline and report issues promptly.
• Protect students, equipment, materials, and facilities.
• Report injuries, accidents, and illnesses promptly.
• Participate in periodic fire drills and provide additional support as needed.

• Participate in and maintain order during periodic fire safety drills.
• Provide additional support as needed.
