Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Upper Extremities Sales Associate in Indiana. You will partner with Sales Representatives to learn the medical device business, support surgeries, and educate clinical staff on product use and portfolio updates.

You’ll identify opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and help implement sales plans to meet targets. A strong service mindset and field readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree or Medical Certification plus related experience.
• High School Diploma plus related experience.
• 4+ years of active duty military service.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Representatives to learn the medical device industry and grow the business.
• Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and instruct surgeons.
• Educate doctors, nurses and staff on product use and updates.
• Identify sales opportunities and deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop responses for new prospects and support sales plans to hit quotas.
• Assist in inventory management and processing customer POs.
