Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in agriculture or related field.
• Strong knowledge of farming operations and agricultural machinery.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Northern Cape.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to Upington.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell a comprehensive range of agricultural machinery and technology to clients in the Northern Cape.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the agricultural sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, farm managers, and agricultural cooperatives.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend suitable equipment solutions.
• Provide product demonstrations, technical explanations, and post-sales support.
• Negotiate sales contracts and financing options with clients.
• Stay updated on the latest agricultural technologies, farming practices, and market trends.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets for revenue and market penetration.
• Collaborate with the service and parts departments to ensure excellent customer support.
• Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
