Rakuten International is seeking a motivated University Recruiting Intern to join our team starting in January 2027. This internship offers hands‑on experience in campus recruiting, talent acquisition operations, and early‑career program management.

The intern will play a crucial role in supporting campus recruiting season, helping prepare for our summer internship program, and contributing to TA Ops projects, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and recruiters.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in HR, business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Strong organizational and detail‑oriented abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Support campus recruiting season via virtual and in‑person events.
• Manage communications to candidates via listserv and university channels.
• Coordinate recruiting brand merch and event supplies.
• Assist posting roles on Handshake and other boards.
• Help prepare for the summer internship program and onboarding materials.
• Support TA Ops projects including data tracking and reporting.
