Qualifications

• 7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience; minimum of 5 years of technical recruiting experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience recruiting for both tech and non-tech roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless, high-touch candidate experience from application to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers and interviewers throughout the process.
• Passively source qualified candidates and prescreen candidates while moving the process forward.
• Track recruiting performance with metrics and reporting to meet goals.
• Maintain updates in Workday Recruiter.
• Collaborate to source candidates across roles and geographies.
