Job summary

Talanto in San Mateo, CA, is seeking an University Recruiter for Technical Support Engineering to build a robust pipeline across university and industry channels. You will source passive candidates, host campus events, and partner with career services to drive intern programs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of recruiting, strong communication, and willingness to work onsite five days weekly. You will manage candidate workflows in Greenhouse and travel to campuses as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Willing and able to work 5 days a week from our San Mateo HQ.
• Coachable, proactive, and eager to learn new things.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, and other tools.
• Organize and host on-campus recruiting events at multiple schools.
• Partner with university stakeholders and student clubs.
• Plan and execute intern events and programs.
• Schedule interviews, arrange travel, and manage onsite candidate flow.
• Maintain candidate data in the ATS (Greenhouse) with notes and feedback.
• Act as primary point of contact for candidates with professional experience.
• Identify and improve sourcing strategies and recruitment workflows.
