Job summary

Scale is seeking a University Recruiter (Contractor) in San Francisco to manage the end-to-end intern and new graduate hiring process. You will partner with hiring managers, recruiters and candidates to create a personal, positive recruiting experience.

You will drive campus sourcing, build diverse talent pools, and collaborate with leaders across the organization to fulfill intern and new grad needs. The role requires in-person presence in SF three days per week.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle university recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading recruiting strategy for hard-to-fill, competitive roles.
• Strong campus recruiting focus with ability to build diverse candidate pools.

Responsibilities

• Support Scale’s University Recruiting strategy for Internship and New Grad programs.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviews, closing.
• Develop strategic sourcing and engagement to attract passive and active candidates.
• Cultivate relationships with students, universities, faculty and staff.
• Collaborate with organizational leaders to meet intern/new grad hiring needs.
• Work from the San Francisco office 3x per week.
