• Experience with full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for interns and early-career roles.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to align role requirements and build diverse pipelines.
• Plan and execute campus visits, career fairs, conferences, and student events.
• Coordinate student engagement activities and partnerships with universities.
• Support intern program operations from onboarding to performance tracking.
