Job summary

Verkada – San Mateo HQ is seeking a motivated University and Industry Recruiting Specialist to help build a robust technical talent pipeline. You’ll source, engage, and nurture candidates from universities and industry networks, guiding them from outreach through offer and onboarding.

This on-site role requires five days a week, collaboration with campus partners, and a passion for a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Willing to work onsite 5 days/week at San Mateo HQ.
• Interest in recruiting and learning full-cycle processes.
• Able to travel as part of university recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Handshake.
• Organize on-campus recruiting events and tech talks.
• Manage candidate pipelines and interview scheduling.
• Maintain data integrity in the ATS (Greenhouse).
