Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview potential candidates.
• Conduct reference checks for applicants.
• Prepare and extend employment offers.
• Conduct orientation for new employees.
• Perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status.
• Execute defined processes with high accuracy and minimal supervision.
• Manage candidate onboarding workflows with attention to detail.
• Follow and document processes consistently.
• Communicate status updates and issues to team leads.
• Adhere to pre-established guidelines and work under supervision.
