Everforth Apex is seeking a Recruiter I - University for Seattle, WA, on a 3-month onsite contract. This role manages the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on university talent and recent graduates. You will interview, reference check, extend offers, and coordinate onboarding and orientation.

The team emphasizes administrative excellence, data experience, and independent work within defined scopes. Strong communication and HR operations background are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area may be required.
• 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area is required.
• High preference for candidates with full life cycle University recruiting or recent graduates, project/program/event management experience, strong administrative and HR generalist/TA Operations background, along with data experience.

Responsabilités

• Recruit and interview potential candidates.
• Conduct reference checks for applicants.
• Prepare and extend employment offers.
• Conduct orientation for new employees.
• Perform exit interviews and process changes related to employee status.
• Execute defined processes with high accuracy and minimal supervision.
• Manage candidate onboarding workflows with attention to detail.
• Follow and document processes consistently.
• Communicate status updates and issues clearly to team leads.
• Adhere to pre-established guidelines and work under immediate supervision.
