Everforth Apex is seeking a Technical Recruiter in Redmond, WA to manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, manufacturing and other technical roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements, source passive talent, screen for technical fit, and guide candidates through assessment and onboarding.

The role emphasizes autonomy in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, building strong relationships, and delivering high-quality candidates to staffing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; or an associate degree with equivalent experience; or high school diploma with extensive recruiting experience.
• Minimum 1 year recruiting with a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years with an associate degree, or 3+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• Proficiency in candidate sourcing, applicant tracking systems, candidate screening, pipeline management, and consultative partnership with hiring managers.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical, engineering, and manufacturing positions.
• Lead intake discussions with hiring leaders to define technical requirements and business priorities.
• Source and engage passive candidates through direct outreach, networking, and research methods.
• Screen candidates for technical experience, career alignment, communication skills, and organizational fit.
• Present qualified candidates accurately and objectively to hiring teams.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while tracking pipeline health and recruiting activity.
• Support interview coordination, feedback collection, offer development, and candidate onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring leaders through consistent and clear communication.
