Qualificações

• University degree required.
• 4+ years of recruiting experience in professional services recruiting or similar industry.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team; growth mindset and willingness to lead.
• Strong strategic thinker with big-picture impact.
• Strong analytical ability; comfortable with Excel & PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for campus recruiting and experienced professionals (1–4 years out of graduation).
• Design and execute recruiting strategies for undergraduate, graduate, and experienced hires in the West offices.
• Manage candidate experience from engagement through onboarding; act as trusted advisor to candidates.
• Oversee scheduling, interviews, offers, and onboarding logistics across multiple offices.
