Job summary

Case Western Reserve University is seeking a network engineer to design, implement, and manage university-wide connectivity. The role focuses on high-risk, high-visibility services that support the campus community.

Responsibilities include routing/switching, voice systems, and collaboration with PMO, vendors, and staff to meet service levels and timelines. A strong Cisco skillset and CCNA certification are highly desired.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience; Associate's degree or relevant certification.
• Bachelor's degree preferred OR 7 years experience.
• Cisco CCNA certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement and manage network solutions for connectivity and access.
• Manage routing and switching infrastructure for high-availability services.
• Lead project teams, coordinate with PMO, vendors, and staff.
