Job summary

Ho-Chunk, Inc. is seeking a highly qualified Senior Cisco Unified Communications (CUCM) Engineer to design and support enterprise voice solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience, strong expertise in CUCM clusters, and the ability to lead complex voice implementation projects. Key responsibilities include advanced troubleshooting and collaboration across teams.

This full-time position is based in Washington, DC, and travel may be required during business hours.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with CUCM solutions in a large enterprise environment.
• Knowledgeable with Cisco IOS routers and SBC.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams integration.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support CUCM clusters, gateways, and endpoints.
• Lead enterprise voice projects and migrations.
• Provide Tier 3 support for advanced troubleshooting.
