Job summary

SPS North America in Tysons, VA is seeking a Client Services Associate to deliver reliable mail and package services to students, faculty, staff, and university departments. You will support daily mailroom operations, including receiving, sorting, processing, tracking, and distributing mail and packages with attention to security and accuracy.

Ideal candidates have excellent communication, strong organization, and a customer-service mindset, and can work both independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; experience in mail/shipping is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, scan, and process incoming mail and packages.
• Notify recipients when mail and packages are available for pickup.
• Assist students, faculty, staff, and departments with inquiries related to mail, pickups, and shipments.
• Verify recipient identification and obtain required signatures for secure release.
• Maintain records of incoming/outgoing mail, package movement, and customer interactions.
• Prepare outgoing mail and packaging with shipping documentation.
