Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three years in mail services, shipping/receiving, or customer service.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily mailroom operations and logistics across Grounds.
• Train and supervise mail clerks and student staff; lead in Manager's absence.
• Provide professional customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
• Manage billing, data entry, and reporting for mail operations.
• Ensure compliance with USPS rules and university policies; maintain equipment.
