Job summary

NoCD is seeking a Territory Manager to expand access to OCD treatment by partnering with psychiatrists, clinics, and university health systems across your territory. You will drive referrals, educate providers on ERP therapy, and integrate NOCD into clinical workflows.

This autonomous, field-based role rewards performance with a base salary plus monthly commission, and a strong growth trajectory within a high-growth tele-health company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2+ years of professional sales experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build referral partnerships with healthcare providers across assigned territory.
• Educate providers on OCD treatment and NOCD value.
• Develop territory growth strategy and meet monthly referral goals.
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach to activation and ongoing growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve patient access.
