Job summary

NOCD is seeking a Territory Manager to expand access to specialized OCD treatment by building strong referral partnerships across your assigned territory. This field-based role focuses on relationship building with healthcare providers to translate partnerships into measurable patient growth.

You will work with psychiatrists, clinic leaders, and university systems to identify patients, educate on ERP, and navigate insurance and care pathways.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in an outside sales role.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory.
• Lifelong learner who takes feedback as fuel and can learn healthcare sales quickly.
• Able to turn coaching into improved performance and results.

Responsibilities

• Own territory growth strategy and drive patient referrals through provider partnerships.
• Educate psychiatrists, clinic leaders, and specialty teams on OCD treatment with ERP.
• Develop relationships with multiple clinicians and decision-makers across health systems.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to activation and ongoing growth.
• Maintain a robust pipeline with clear next steps and follow-up plans.
