Job summary

NOCD is a leading tele-health provider specializing in OCD treatment. As a Territory Manager, you will grow access to specialized care by building referral partnerships with psychiatrists, therapists, and health systems across your territory, educating providers, and turning relationships into patient referrals.

You’ll plan your territory, travel up to 75%, and own the full sales cycle from outreach to activation, with base plus commission and strong growth opportunities in a fast-scaling

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably outside sales.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory.
• A lifelong learner who takes feedback as fuel.

Responsibilities

• Grow access to specialized OCD treatment by building referral partnerships with healthcare providers across your territory.
• Educate providers and turn those relationships into measurable patient growth.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and maintain a CRM-based pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to remove referral barriers and improve patient/provider experience.
