Job summary

NOCD is seeking a Territory Manager to expand access to OCD treatment by building referral partnerships with healthcare providers across your territory. This field-based sales role focuses on educating providers, developing lasting relationships, and turning those relationships into measurable patient growth.

You will partner with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, therapists, and health systems to connect patients to NOCD care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in outside sales or in a heavy cold-calling environment
• A lifelong learner who takes feedback as fuel. You don't need to know everything about healthcare sales on day one, but you must be ready to learn it fast.
• A purpose-driven professional who wants their daily work to have a tangible impact, connecting their sales hustle directly to life-saving clinical outcomes for members.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Grow access to specialized OCD treatment by building referral partnerships with healthcare providers across your territory.
• Partner with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, physician assistants, therapists, and health systems to connect patients with NOCD.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to referral activation and ongoing account growth.
• Maintain an organized pipeline, follow up, and track meetings and patient outcomes in NOCD's CRM.
