Job summary

NOCD is seeking a Territory Manager to expand access to OCD treatment by building referral partnerships with healthcare providers across your assigned territory. This field-based sales role focuses on educating providers, developing lasting relationships, and turning those relationships into measurable patient growth.

You will collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, PAs, therapists, and health systems to identify patients who may benefit from NOCD and connect them to care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in outside sales or in a heavy cold-calling environment.
• Lifelong learner who takes feedback as fuel and is ready to learn healthcare sales quickly.
• Purpose-driven professional connecting sales to life-saving clinical outcomes.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Grow access to specialized OCD treatment by building referral partnerships with healthcare providers across your territory.
• Partner with psychiatrists, NPs, PAs, therapists, practices, and health systems to refer patients.
• Own the territory and achieve monthly referral and conversion goals.
• Manage the full sales process from prospecting to provider education and activation.
• Maintain an organized pipeline in NOCD's CRM and close gaps against monthly goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to remove referral barriers and improve patient access.
