Job summary

NOCD Inc. is expanding its provider partnerships team and seeks a Territory Manager to grow referrals with healthcare providers across your territory. This field-based role focuses on educating providers, building lasting relationships, and driving patient growth for OCD treatment.

You will collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and health systems to identify patients who may benefit from NOCD’s services, and you’ll manage the full sales cycle with autonomy and a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably outside sales or in a heavy cold-calling environment.
• A lifelong learner who takes feedback as fuel and is ready to learn healthcare sales quickly.
• A purpose-driven professional who connects daily sales to life-saving clinical outcomes for members.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Grow access to specialized OCD treatment by building referral partnerships with healthcare providers across your territory.
• Educate providers, develop lasting relationships, and turn those relationships into patient growth.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to provider education, referral activation, and account growth.
• Maintain a CRM-driven pipeline, track meetings and outcomes, and close gaps against monthly goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to reduce referral barriers and improve patient access.
