NOCD is seeking a Territory Manager to grow access to OCD treatment by building referral partnerships with healthcare providers across your territory. You will educate providers, develop lasting relationships, and convert those relationships into patient growth.

In this field-based role, you will collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, therapists, and health systems to move patients toward NOCD services. You will own the entire sales cycle and manage a robust CRM to hit monthly referral and

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably outside sales or in a heavy cold-calling environment.
• A lifelong learner who takes feedback as fuel and is ready to learn healthcare sales quickly.
• Purpose-driven professional who connects daily work to life-saving clinical outcomes for members.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory.

Responsabilidades

• Build referral partnerships with healthcare providers across your territory.
• Educate providers and develop lasting relationships to generate patient growth.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to referral activation and account growth.
• Maintain an organized pipeline, track meetings and patient outcomes in NOCD's CRM, and close gaps against monthly goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to reduce referral barriers and improve patient access.
