Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in the relevant field including two years in a managerial role.
• Equivalent combinations of experience and training may be considered.
• Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise accounts in a B2B environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a targeted prospecting strategy to build university and employer partnerships.
• Own opportunities through the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations and Partner Success to deliver solutions.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting and CRM practices.
• Build relationships with HR, Talent, L&D leaders to expand partnerships.
