You will collaborate with colleges, employers, and campus partners to align internships with academic timelines and student profiles, serving as a central resource for IPN and related networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and seven (7) years of experience in a related area, or equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Experience in higher education, career services, or corporate recruiting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with academic units and university partners to align experiential learning with curricula and career readiness goals.
• Lead as primary consultant for employers, guiding the design and launch of experiential learning programs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert within Career Services on experiential learning.
• Educate and train others on best practices and trends.
• Create educational resources, workshops, and toolkits for employer partners with focus on recruiting and mentorship.
